Your contribution

• Ensure the added value of the agile team as well as maintain and prioritize the team backlog
• Develop features according to the vision, roadmap and needs of the users for the use of civil services (MzD) by the army in the areas of mobile communications and fixed networks
• Lead MzD as a sub-project of the army's telecommunications as well as be responsible for performance, deadlines, quality and finances
• Ensure architecture and security compliance in close cooperation with system architects as well as military user and security representatives
• Coordinate requirements and dependencies with adjacent areas, projects and services
• Represent MzD towards clients, users, stakeholders, armasuisse as well as strategic partners and suppliers

What makes you unique

• Training as a (business) computer scientist FH, technician FH or engineer (UNI/ETH/FH) in the field of computer science, telecommunications or comparable
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner as well as in leading complex ICT and telecommunications projects, ideally with SAFe
• Good technical and operational understanding of mobile communications, fixed networks and network technology
• Ability to structure, prioritize and drive complex projects and dependencies as well as very good communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• High level of personal responsibility and decision-making ability as well as understanding of information security and ICT architectures
• Good knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
