About the role

As an apartment researcher, you will play a key role in supporting clients. You will be responsible for finding the best real estate opportunities and ensuring the first contact with real estate agencies in order to offer clients properties that correspond to their criteria.

What we offer
We offer you a position in total remote with great hourly flexibility (8 hours per week, Monday morning mandatory), within a growing structure in a hyper-stimulating field of activity. Your role will be of real utility for the members of the apartment research team.

This is a superb opportunity to gain experience alongside your studies. We offer you a 6-month mission that can be extended in the long term, with possibilities for evolution if you prove yourself.

Tasks
-------

• Search for apartments on different platforms according to the defined criteria.
• Contact real estate agencies by e-mail in French and German.
• Propose selected properties to clients on a dedicated WhatsApp group.
• Coordinate and organize viewings between clients and agencies.

What we are looking for

• Perfect mastery of French in writing and speaking.
• Good notions of German for writing e-mails.
• Ease with standard IT tools
• Great autonomy, rigor, and sense of organization.

An asset if you possess

• A first successful professional experience.
• Interest in the real estate sector.
