Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute * Lead the Controlling organizational unit in terms of technology, organization and personnel * Be responsible for the budgeting, planning and financial management of the OFCL * Develop the message regarding the budget and annual accounts * Develop and optimize cost accounting as well as controlling instruments * Manage and coordinate IT management control (CGIO) * Lead projects intended to optimize and digitize controlling processes What makes you unique * Higher education or training in finance or business administration * Proven professional experience of several years * Goal and result orientation * Willingness to deal with complex issues in a way that is adapted to the target audience and solution-oriented * In-depth knowledge of planning and management instruments and methods; knowledge of the federal administration, an asset * Solid generalist profile and experience in the field of public procurement * Good knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third In a few words At the crossroads of numbers, strategy and steering, you will develop the necessary bases for efficient decision-making and sustainable management of the OFCL.
