In order to complete our legal department team, based in Morges, we are looking for a

Legal Advisor (M/F) 80-100%

Profile

• With Swiss legal training, you have at least 5 years of experience within a company or a law firm.
• Good knowledge in the fields of corporate law, contracts, construction law, administrative law, as well as property law. Knowledge of public procurement is an asset.
• Familiar with economic and financial issues and accustomed to supporting corporate projects, you are a native French speaker and ideally have good knowledge of English.
• Open-minded, curious and favoring a multidisciplinary approach, your listening skills, your analytical and synthesis skills, as well as your ease of expression make you a credible and listened-to interlocutor both internally and externally.
• You have a pragmatic approach to legal issues, are solution-oriented and are recognized for your sense of priorities, organization, anticipation and discretion.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, great sense of analysis and synthesis.

Responsibilities

• You work autonomously, in close collaboration with your internal clients, advising and supporting certain business units, departments or Group companies on legal matters.
• In this context, you will be required to draft, review or negotiate all types of conventions or contracts and to prepare legal opinions and other legal documents related to our fields of activity.
• You participate in the relations we maintain with judicial, administrative and regulatory authorities and, where appropriate, you manage relations with external lawyers.
• You also contribute to the development and updating of legal monitoring and the management of social documents for Group entities, representation mandates as a director of subsidiaries or representation within working groups or partnerships are also conceivable.
