As part of a succession arrangement due to retirement, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded and communicative personality to take over the management of our Finance and Controlling department and to actively help shape the further development of our finance organization.

Your Profile

• Completed higher education in the field of finance, accounting or business administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership and professional experience in the finance and controlling area
• Sound knowledge in financial accounting, controlling, budgeting, annual financial statements and reporting
• Experience in project controlling as well as ideally in the service, construction or engineering industry
• High affinity for numbers as well as analytical and networked thinking abilities
• Distinct leadership, communication and social competence
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Interest in process optimization and digitalization

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the functional, personnel and organizational leadership of the Finance and Controlling department
• Planning, steering and monitoring of the financial company processes (budgeting, forecasting, controlling and reporting)
• Leadership, resource planning as well as further development of the employees in the finance area
• Ensuring proper financial accounting including financial statements for the engineering communities
• Responsibility for all value added tax matters (MWST)
• Financial accompaniment of projects as well as support for project managers in budgeting and cost control
• Advising the management board on financial and strategic issues as well as support in tender and contract negotiations
• Responsibility for compliance, quality and insurance matters in the finance area as well as cooperation in social insurance
• Further development and digitalization of processes, instruments and systems in the area of finance and controlling
