To complete our team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a support specialist / application manager for our solutions EBP portail client and Innosolvenergy at 80 - 100 %

Tasks
-------

• First and second level support for our clients in the use of IT applications for the energy sector
• Support to our clients for technical questions
• Coordination to resolve technical and functional problems with IT technicians, project managers and third-level support from our suppliers
• Collaboration and implementation of projects
• Implementation of client requirements
• Perform regular testing of new products and new versions of software

Requirements
---------

• Technical training, preferably in electrotechnics or IT
• Alternatively, basic commercial training with complementary training in IT / systems engineering / electrical engineering
• Strong orientation towards customer service
• Approachable and communicative personality
• A strong team spirit
• Your action is oriented towards seeking solutions and you work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• You must imperatively speak French fluently (C1) and German (B2)
