What you can achieve

• You design test activities in central projects for the further development of Asset Management and the introduction of new systems
• You plan, coordinate, and document specialist tests as well as User Acceptance Tests (UAT) within our organizational unit and beyond, and together with the end-to-end test team, ensure high test quality
• You support the functional testing of applications, interfaces, and processes along the Private Customer journeys and ensure their functional quality
• You develop test cases and acceptance criteria together with Customer Journey Owners, IT, and external partners
• You identify errors, analyze causes, and accompany the sustainable rectification until successful implementation
• You bring in new perspectives, question existing solutions, and contribute to the continuous further development of processes and systems.

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training (KV) or equivalent training
• Experience in specialist testing, business testing, or in Quality Assurance, ideally in the area of securities business, pension, or Digital Assets
• Very good understanding of front-to-back processes in the investment business
• Experience in collaborating in projects as well as in the use of test management methods and tools
• Strong quality awareness, structured way of working, and pleasure in recognizing connections across departmental boundaries
• Networked way of thinking, initiative, and the ability to develop pragmatic solutions
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
