Desired profile

• Technical or commercial training, with a good understanding of electronics or semiconductors.
• Proven experience in key account management or the sale of B2B technical solutions.
• Good knowledge of the DACH market and its commercial practices; a professional network in this region is an asset.
• Excellent command of German and good command of English; French is an asset.
• Ability to build lasting relationships and to coordinate multiple interlocutors on complex projects.
• Negotiation skills, results orientation and attention to profitability.
• Autonomy, rigor and team spirit.
• Availability for occasional travel, mainly in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (approx. 10 days / year).

Main responsibilities

• Manage and retain a portfolio of strategic clients in the DACH region.
• Understand the technical and commercial needs of clients in order to propose suitable solutions.
• Develop development plans per account and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate the preparation of offers with the sales department and technical teams, conduct negotiations and ensure commercial follow-up.
• Transmit client needs to engineers and contribute to the launch and planning of projects.
• Participate in the preparation of budgets and sales forecasts.
• Keep the CRM up to date and ensure regular reporting to management.
• Contribute to marketing actions and represent the company at trade fairs and client meetings, mainly in the DACH region.
• Participate in ISO processes and the continuous improvement of practices and documentation in your field.
