The Collection Service department acts as the legal service for tax collection. To strengthen our department, we are looking for an engaged Specialist Supporter Collection Service as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Job Description

• Processing demanding legal and administrative activities together with an existing employee.
• Processing remission and change of ownership requests.
• Creating liability and tax repayment orders including the associated calculations.
• Maintaining lists and statistics for the Collection Service department.
• Supporting the legal staff and the Head of Collection Service with administrative tasks.
• Active participation in projects.
• Training and instructing interns.

Requirement Profile

• Completed commercial training as well as several years of professional experience.
• Ideally professional experience in a legal environment (court, law firm) or in a public administration.
• Excellent German skills in speaking and writing, a strong IT affinity, and enjoyment in dealing with numbers.
• Independent, engaged, and team-oriented personality.
• Professional appearance and stylish, precise written and oral expression.
• Resilience, high service orientation, and the ability for goal-oriented and networked thinking.
