For the patient administration at the Triemli location, we are looking for an engaged and proactive personality, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• You actively shape the further development of the patient administration and support the department management with strategic, organizational, and digital transformation projects.
• You lead department-internal as well as cross-departmental projects and sub-projects from conception to successful implementation.
• You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential, and develop sustainable, practice-oriented solutions.
• You prepare technical concepts, business requirements, decision-making bases, and recommendations for action for management and decision-making bodies.
• You further develop the process management within the patient administration and promote the standardization and harmonization of end-to-end processes.
• You support the establishment and further development of the Internal Control System (IKS) as well as suitable quality and control instruments.
• You moderate workshops, coordinate stakeholders, and promote cross-departmental cooperation and knowledge transfer.

Profile

• Completed degree at FH/HF level or a comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in the patient administration of a Swiss acute care hospital
• Experience in project and process management as well as in the implementation of change or digitalization projects
• Experience in the analysis, modeling, and optimization of processes
• Knowledge in the establishment and further development of internal control systems (IKS) is an advantage
• Experience in the creation of technical concepts, requirement documents, and decision-making bases
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Convincing appearance, good communication and moderation skills, high personal responsibility, resilience, and enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation
