The Mission

• You take over the active support of existing customers via digital and telephone channels.
• From the analysis of individual customer needs to the final policy conclusion, you accompany inquiries independently.
• You recognize potentials in the customer dialogue at an early stage and provide precise advice on suitable product solutions.
• Through your competent consulting, you build long-term relationships of trust and ensure the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Industry-specific foundation in the insurance environment (e.g., corresponding intermediary qualification or sound practice in the property insurance sector).
• Bilingualism at a high level: Business fluent German paired with very good French skills.
• Enthusiasm for daily customer contact as well as a pronounced sales and service instinct.
• Solution- and goal-oriented attitude with high self-motivation and strong team spirit.
