Key information about the position :

Reference: CLS/RH/2026.790 / Type of contract: Indeterminate Duration Contract at 80% / Hours: on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00 (flexible hours) / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop « Riponne » or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop « Beaulieu-Jomini »)

Why do we need you?

In the context of the current holder's departure towards new projects, we are looking today for our future clinical data manager for our Medical Centers. You will notably be responsible for the quality, reliability, and monitoring of pre-operative, operative, hospital, and post-operative data in various specialties.

What will you be required to do?

• Collect and enter pre-, per-, and post-operative data into dedicated software and registries
• Control the completeness, consistency, and quality of the data and identify missing information
• Ensure the recovery of missing data from doctors, practices, internal units, and external providers
• Coordinate data collection with different interlocutors and facilitate their transmission within the required deadlines
• Ensure compliance with requirements related to data closing and contribute to the maintenance of certifications
• Keep monitoring tables up to date and ensure data reporting on Excel
• Collaborate with relevant teams and partners to guarantee the reliability and traceability of data

What do we expect from you?

The essentials:

• Training in the field of health, data, administration, or training deemed equivalent
• Experience in data management, entry, or monitoring, ideally in a medical or hospital environment
• Very good mastery of Excel and ease with IT tools
• Excellent rigor and attention to detail to guarantee the quality and reliability of data
• Organization and autonomy in managing several registries and deadlines
• Interpersonal ease and ability to interact with various interlocutors, notably doctors, healthcare teams, and external partners
• Proactive spirit and perseverance, notably to identify and recover missing data
• Very good mastery of French, both orally and in writing

Your assets:

• Knowledge of hospital functioning and medical terminology
• Experience in clinical data management, medical registries, or clinical research
• Knowledge of SIRIS and ADJUMED
• Knowledge of statistics or data analysis
