To strengthen our Incoming Business team at the Zürich location, we are looking for a Mandate Manager Incoming Business (m/f/d) 80-100% effective immediately or by arrangement. What you move * You support mandate leaders in the servicing of corporate clients with international connections, communicate with broker partners in our international network and ensure regular reporting * You advise and service customers independently across all industries (without BVG) * You independently create risk analyses, insurance concepts, tenders, benefit comparisons and support customers in claim cases * You create and check insurance documents, create calculations and perform administrative work. Why you succeed * You have a commercial education in the insurance industry and/or several years of experience in the corporate business of an insurance broker or an insurer * You have successfully completed the VBV exam and/or the insurance specialist certificate or bring the willingness to undergo training for the insurance specialist certificate * You are proficient in all MS Office programs * You want to use your good German, English and possibly French skills in your daily work. * Your strong service orientation distinguishes you * Your demand for an accurate, efficient, reliable and independent way of working completes your profile.
