Senior Accountant m/f/d 80-100%

For our client, we are looking for a reliable personality as a Senior Accountant 80-100%

Tasks

• Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable including dunning, payment runs, and reconciliations
• Responsibility for fixed asset accounting as well as VAT returns in Switzerland and Germany
• Preparation of liquidity overviews and support with financial planning
• Participation in quarterly and annual closings
• Support with optimizations and projects in the finance area
• Collaboration with various departments as well as deputy within the finance team
• Insight into different task areas of the finance department through varied activities

Profile

• Further education in finance and accounting or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in financial accounting or in accounting
• Good knowledge of fixed asset accounting and VAT returns
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting or ERP systems is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, good understanding of numbers, and precise way of working
• Independent, structured, and resilient personality with team spirit
