Your Task ##

• Design, build, and further develop modern workplace and cloud solutions for customers
• Technically implement and maintain private cloud VDI and multi-cloud environments
• Analyze customer requirements and develop technical standards and new solution approaches from them
• Support technical project management in demanding infrastructure and cloud projects
• Independently implement customer projects in the areas of private cloud, multi-cloud, and modern workplace
• Administer and optimize Citrix, Horizon, and Microsoft-based workplace environments
• Analyze and sustainably resolve complex disruptions in 3rd-level support
• Continuously improve existing system architectures regarding performance, stability, and operation

Your Profile ##

• Completed training in computer science, for example, Informatiker/in EFZ with specialization in platform development/system engineering, dipl. Informatiker/in HF, or comparable further training
• Several years of professional experience in cloud, workplace, system, or infrastructure engineering
• Profound experience with cloud desktop technologies such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and VMware Horizon
• Good knowledge of virtualization, backup technologies such as Veeam, as well as Windows Server and Windows Client
• Very good knowledge of Active Directory, group policies, as well as Microsoft 365 with Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, and Defender
• Experience with hybrid infrastructures, multi-cloud environments, and demanding customer projects
• Proficient German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
• Possession of a Category B driver's license
