What you will move as a Project Manager with us:

You lead demanding laboratory projects from planning to successful completion. In doing so, you take responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs, coordinate all project participants, and lead the project team towards success in a goal-oriented manner.

• You develop the layouts for the laboratory worlds of tomorrow and successfully bring innovative concepts into implementation
• In dialogue with the users, you develop laboratory environments that incorporate their needs and translate them into practical solutions
• Overall responsibility for laboratory planning projects
• Leadership and coordination of the project team as well as external project participants
• Definition of project goals, structures, and efficient workflows
• Project controlling including monitoring of deadlines, resources, and costs
• Coordination with clients, specialist planning, suppliers, and other interfaces
• Ensuring compliance with contracts, standards, and quality standards

This is how you fit with us:

• Technical training and sound experience in project management
• Experience in the independent processing and management of projects across various project phases
• Confident handling of project organization, resource planning, cost control, and quality assurance
• Networked thinking, high initiative, and responsible action
• Proficient German in spoken and written form
• English skills are an advantage
• Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint

Ideally, you also bring:

• Experience in laboratory planning or in a comparable technical planning environment
• Experience in the functional leadership of project teams as well as in interdisciplinary cooperation
