As an AP/GL Accountant, based in Lausanne, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable. This permanent position requires a rigorous and detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and efficient financial management.

Missions

As an AP/GL Accountant, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, including invoice entry and tracking;
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure bookkeeping;
• Participate in the monthly and annual accounting closing;
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure procedural compliance;
• Supervise payments and ensure their correct recording;
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports;
• Support external audit by providing the required documentation.

Candidate Profile

As an AP/GL Accountant, you have the following profile:

• Education in accounting, finance, or an equivalent field;
• Proficiency in accounting management IT tools;
• Good knowledge of international accounting standards;
• Excellent command of French, knowledge of English is an asset;
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
• Strong sense of organization and attention to detail.
