Your Task ##

• Complete order processing from A-Z
• Primary contact point for general inquiries (customers, deliveries, invoices)
• Telephone and written customer consulting (German, French)
• Active action and initiating clarifications in the event of delivery bottlenecks
• After-sales, returns management, credits

Your Profile ##

• Completed commercial or technical basic training
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role (construction industry or similar is a great advantage)
• Very good language skills in German and French (written and spoken), good English skills are a great advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office package and ERP systems, ideally Navision
• Strong communication skills and high customer and service orientation are among your strengths
