Construction Manager - Real Estate Portfolio Manager
CDI at 50%
Start date: as soon as possible or by arrangement
Workplace: Vuiteboeuf (Nord Vaudois)
Your mission will be to:
Participate in meetings with various mandatories
Make requests for offers
Monitor works and ensure financial follow-up
Manage the real estate portfolio
Propose improvements
Ensure contact and follow-up with management companies for rental properties
Your profile:
Experience as a construction manager indispensable
Mastery of basic IT tools
Sense of organization and responsibility
Spirit of initiative and autonomy
Comfortable in communication
Driver's license
