This is your contribution

• Support professional soldiers' service vehicles from A to Z throughout their entire life cycle (e.g., advising on vehicle selection, checking offers, being responsible for maintenance and repair inquiries as well as technical and commercial invoice processing)
• Answer queries in After Sales (e.g., questions from professional soldiers, garages, internal and external partners, technical and commercial matters, etc.) from all 3 language regions of Switzerland
• Support and manage personal service vehicles of professional soldiers operationally and interdisciplinarily
• Act as a hub function towards internal and external bodies
• Handle administrative support during vehicle changes on behalf of the holders
• Participate in internal and cross-departmental projects (armasuisse, suppliers, Army Staff, car importers, etc.)

This makes you unique

• Technical basic training as an automotive mechatronics technician with further training as a federal business administrator in the automotive industry, as a technical female specialist / technical male specialist, or equivalent training
• Very good technical understanding as well as an analytical, networked and holistic way of thinking; supplemented by very good IT skills (SAP knowledge is an advantage) and knowledge of business accounting
• Several years of experience in the vehicle industry, preferably in vehicle fleet management, and comprehensive knowledge of the business management contexts and processes of life cycle costs according to the principles of the TCO model
• Conceptual and structured thinking, teamwork, customer- and service-oriented action, negotiation skills and assertiveness, fluency in oral and written expression, as well as good knowledge of business accounting
• Very good oral and written skills in at least one second official language

The Passenger Car Unit (FSPW) is the fleet manager of the personal service vehicles of the professional soldiers. We ensure mobility in cooperation with our military and civilian partners.
