Building Services Technician: Project Manager in HVAC 100% MW

For an established Swiss engineering company, we are looking for reinforcement in the field of building services engineering. We are addressing both motivated building services planners who want to take the next step towards project management, as well as experienced project managers.

Depending on the specialization and place of residence, activity in Zürich, Aargau, or Basel is possible

Tasks ##

• Planning and implementation of demanding building services systems in the specialization of heating, ventilation, or sanitary
• Processing diverse projects in the areas of industry, laboratory, hospital, and public buildings
• Development of sustainable and energy-efficient system and supply concepts Creation of technical drawings, calculations, and planning documents
• Cooperation in specialist coordination Collaboration with clients, architects, and other specialist planners Accompanying projects from planning to realization
• Ensuring applicable quality standards and legal requirements
• Depending on experience, taking over own projects and responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality

Qualification ##

• Completed training as a building services planner EFZ in the specialization of heating, ventilation, or sanitary
• For a position as a project manager, ideally ongoing or completed further training at TS, HF, or FH level
• Good knowledge of CAD and/or BIM
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment of technically demanding projects and of working with different project participants
