Your task ##

• You manage IT services as a central interface between business, ICT teams, and external partners.
• You are responsible for IT services throughout the entire lifecycle from strategy to operation and further development.
• You define and monitor SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs and ensure high service quality and availability.
• You identify potential for optimization and implement measures for continuous improvement.
• You are responsible for price calculation, billing, governance, and service reporting.

Your profile ##

• You have higher education in informatics and several years of experience in service design and IT service management.
• You bring sound ITIL-4 knowledge as well as experience with agile methods such as SAFe and Lean.
• You have experience in supplier, contract, and outsourcing management as well as a good business understanding.
• You communicate confidently at the interface between business and IT and ideally have experience with Unified Communications & Collaboration and telephony.
• You convince with a hands-on mentality, initiative, and a self-organized as well as collaborative way of working.
