Team Leader HR Services and Payroll

Your tasks

• You lead our three-member HR Services team, use its strengths in a targeted manner, and ensure good cooperation.
• Personnel administration, payroll, and social insurance converge with you. You maintain an overview and personally assist with demanding questions.
• You are responsible for payroll runs and closing work, coordinate the salary and bonus round, and represent our payroll specialist.
• You make processes simpler and use the possibilities of SAP SuccessFactors to advance our HR Services digitally.
• You lead projects in the area of HR Services and implement them together with IT, specialist departments, and external partners.
• You are responsible for HR reporting and internal controls.
• You take over the deputy role for the Head of Personnel in agreed topics.

Your profile

• Experience in HR Services and Swiss Payroll as well as sound knowledge of social insurance and labor law.
• You bring leadership experience, provide orientation, and know how to win your team over for common tasks and changes.
• A higher vocational education or a degree with appropriate specialization in HR, Payroll, or social insurance.
• Experience in further developing HR processes and systems and implementing projects.
• Confident handling of HR applications and Excel; ideally, you are already well acquainted with SAP SuccessFactors.
• You approach topics on your own initiative, consider connections, and find practical solutions. In doing so, you communicate clearly and have a sense for your counterpart.
