Business Controller RSI Regional Offer 80-100%, Comano

The RSI Finance Department is advertising the position of Business Controller for the RSI Regional Offer.
As a Business Controller, you guarantee transparent, effective resource management in compliance with the SRG SSR strategy.

Tasks ####

Within the team, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• You will perform operational tasks such as providing personnel cost analyses, preparing reports, or creating and verifying databases.
• You will support the line in the assigned areas for all business management matters. You will be the financial experts regarding the cost planning of the Regional Offer. With a holistic view of the company, you will act as financial representatives of the line and also communicate the corporate viewpoint within finance.
• You will support working groups and project groups by providing technical expertise and preparing the basis for decision-making. You will ensure the follow-up of the implementation of decided savings plans and proactively contribute to the search for financial solutions for the transformation of the company.
• You will analyze financial flows, identify opportunities and risks, and prepare the necessary elements for the management of the business for which you will be responsible. You will identify medium-term financial risks and proactively propose corrective measures.

Requirements ####

• Solid analytical skills and experience in management controlling.
• University degree in economics, diploma as an expert in finance and controlling (EPS), specialist certificate in finance and accounting (APF) or equivalent.
• Good strategic and cross-functional vision, business orientation and team spirit.
• Constructive and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Proficiency in SAP CO/FI & BI and Excel (Power BI preferred).
• Knowledge of public service media is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of German, knowledge of French is an advantage.
