Dispatcher (a) Live-in Care 80%, Rheinfelden region

As a dispatcher (a) live-in, you will take on a central role in our live-in care. You will plan and coordinate assignments, bring the needs of our customers together with the strengths of our caregivers, and ensure that all parties involved can count on each other.

In doing so, you will work closely with our branch offices and internal departments and contribute daily to ensuring that care is successful, reliably and humanely.

Your tasks

• Planning, coordination, and dispatching of our live-in caregivers
• Organization of arrivals and departures
• Suitable matching of customer needs and caregiver profiles
• Contact person for our branch offices and caregivers
• Taking over administrative and organizational tasks
• Ensuring careful data maintenance and documentation
• Participation in the optimization of processes and workflows

Your profile

• Commercial or equivalent basic training
• Experience in dispatching, planning, or in a service-oriented environment is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are a plus
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Joy in dealing with people and a strong service orientation
• Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
• Team spirit and a high sense of responsibility
