• Recording new business, maintaining files, appointment and deadline control (in civil and criminal court)
• Organizational preparations for hearings and meetings
• Issuing orders, correspondence (independently or according to specifications)
• Telephone and written handling of questions and concerns of all parties involved in proceedings
• Personal handling at the counter of questions and concerns of all parties involved in proceedings
• Completion of general secretarial work

What you bring:

• Completed commercial training as well as practical experience (preferably legal / justice / municipal administration)
• Very good German and IT skills
• Exact, efficient, reliable as well as independent way of working
• Organizational talent
• Rapid comprehension
• Able to work in a team, resilient and flexible
