Job Description

• You are responsible for the stable operation and technical further development of the IT infrastructures of our customers with Windows Workplaces, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune.
• You take over complex support cases and technical escalations, analyze cross-system causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• You independently design and realize installations, changes and migrations. In projects, you take technical responsibility for your area and ensure an orderly handover to operations.
• You maintain and optimize Hyper-V, network and backup environments as well as identities and permissions. You assess technical dependencies and risks and coordinate cooperation with our specialists if necessary.
• You document solutions, systems and changes in a comprehensible manner, further develop technical standards and optimize recurring processes through standardization and automation.
• You advise customers on technical solutions, demonstrate options for action and bindingly coordinate priorities and next steps with the team and specialist departments.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in computer science, degree in computer science or comparable qualification as well as several years of sound experience in system engineering and in the operation of demanding IT environments.
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure and Intune as well as in the engineering and operation of Windows clients.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, group policies, DNS and DHCP as well as in the design and administration of identities and permissions.
• Sound practical knowledge in Hyper-V, network and backup. You assess cross-system dependencies and solve complex error patterns methodically and sustainably.
• A broad generalist profile with in-depth expertise in several of the mentioned technologies. You can independently design, evaluate and further develop technical solutions in operations.
• Proven experience in the independent planning and implementation of projects, changes and migrations as well as in technical coordination with customers and specialist departments.
• Proficient German and good English skills in spoken and written form.
