The Swiss Refugee Council (OSAR) is the main refugee aid organization in Switzerland and the umbrella organization for refugee aid associations and organizations. It defends the rights of exiled persons and promotes a better understanding of their situations. Through its expertise, it contributes to public debate and exerts influence on social and political framework conditions. The Training department organizes practice-oriented training, awareness actions, and informative events for adults and young people throughout Switzerland. In doing so, it uniquely brings together the perspectives and skills of employees who have experienced exile, training professionals, and experts from the asylum field. We are looking for a Co-Responsable Formation suisse romande 70 - 80% for an engagement starting from 1 April 2027 or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility: as a training specialist, you contribute to strengthening OSAR's role as a training provider and to achieving the organization's training objectives. Specifically: * You design and lead awareness sessions intended for young people as well as continuing education for adults on intercultural competencies and on priority themes related to exile, asylum, integration, and racism; * You design and organize courses with external trainers; * In collaboration with your colleagues, you contribute to prospecting and fundraising, you maintain relations with clients and the network, you support the preparation of quotes for your offers, and you ensure that the follow-up and evaluation of training sessions are carried out. Our requirements: * University degree (master's) in a field related to the position; * Federal diploma in adult education or equivalent diploma, and professional experience in adult or youth training; * Knowledge of the Swiss asylum system and/or human rights; * Knowledge of concepts related to intercultural competencies and/or the fight against racism; * You have a team spirit and know how to work autonomously, you communicate in an open and convincing manner, and you demonstrate resilience and flexibility; * Your mother tongue is French, but you can also communicate without difficulty in German with your interlocutors; We offer you a meaningful activity within a competent and motivated team, a constructive working atmosphere, modern work tools, and attractive working conditions.
