Production Manager Railway Infrastructure

In this role, you will coordinate construction projects in the railway sector and optimize infrastructure projects across multiple projects.

Tasks

• Cross-project construction coordination and optimization of infrastructure projects in the planning area
• Development of overall system solutions with internal and external partners
• Definition of production framework conditions for new projects (resources, logistics, closure concepts, construction methods)
• Monitoring of demand and available resources, initiation of measures in case of conflicts
• Preparation of decision-making bases for prioritizations and project changes
• Management of risk management regarding production risks and ensuring concept implementation

Profile

• Technical training or studies with professional experience
• Experience in construction management or execution engineering in the railway sector or project management railway construction is mandatory
• Strong powers of persuasion and assertiveness
• Ability to make independent decisions as well as to prepare and lead meetings
• Networked thinking for the rapid recognition of complex situations
• German C1, additional knowledge of a second national language is an advantage
