Due to the development of the finance department, a new 100% Controller position is being created. We are looking for an experienced professional with good knowledge of French, who will take charge of reporting, order control, and budgeting, and provide relevant decision-making bases for management. This position offers you a wide range of tasks and the opportunity to actively develop the existing reporting system as well as economic processes.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• You are responsible for regular reporting and perform in-depth economic analyses serving as a decision-making basis for management
• In order control, you analyze key indicators and variances, ensuring transparency regarding economic evolution
• You autonomously manage the budgeting process and guarantee structured planning as well as reliable preparation of relevant financial information
• In addition, you develop the existing reporting system and contribute your experience to economic projects aimed at process improvement and company development

You offer your new employer:

• You have higher education in finance and accounting or in management controlling, for example at the level of a university of applied sciences or with a federal certificate of capacity
• Several years of professional experience in management controlling in a service or production company is required and allows you a rapid integration into this versatile function
• Good skills in French, both oral and written, are indispensable for this position, complemented by a very good command of German
• A good command of MS Office and ERP systems as well as analytical thinking, personal initiative, and a structured way of working complete your profile
