Together with you, we implement the Strategie Digitale Verwaltung 2025+ comprehensively and coordinatedly, thereby shaping the digital transformation of the Canton of Zürich. The Digitale Verwaltung area of the Staatskanzlei is responsible for the implementation of the Strategie Digitale Verwaltung, participates in or leads digital transformation projects, provides the cantonal web presence, the transaction platform ZHservices, the web access Zürikonto, and the employee portal ZHub, and advises the administration on topics of digital transformation. The Abteilung Recht advises the Digitale Verwaltung area on legal questions, identifies regulatory needs in the field of digital transformation, and prepares the enactment of legal bases. From January or by arrangement, we are looking for a/an Jurist/in (80% -- 100%). As a Jurist/in in the Abteilung Recht of the Digitale Verwaltung area of the Staatskanzlei, you will process legal issues from the field of activity of the Digitale Verwaltung, especially regarding the topic of Künstliche Intelligenz. Your tasks * Legal advice for projects and operating organizations. * Technical participation in project organizations. * Clarification of legal questions and preparation of legal analyses. * Writing co-reports, statements, and Regierungsratsanträge. * Leading or participating in legislative projects. Your profile * You have a university degree in law. * You have several years of experience in Staats- und Verwaltungsrecht as well as a deep understanding of data protection law issues. * You have experience with legal aspects of Künstliche Intelligenz. * You think in networks and enjoy working disciplinarily. * You are communicative, service-oriented, and convincing in your appearance.
