To strengthen our team, we are looking for an ICT System Engineer (m/f) immediately.

Your tasks

• Planning, installation, operation and maintenance of network, virtualization, PC and server systems of our customers
• Independent and reliable consulting and support of our customers on-site and remote
• Service desk support
• Management and implementation of customer projects
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Readiness for on-call duty

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of informatics or an equivalent training or further education
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Very good knowledge in the area of virtualization VMware (Proxmox is an advantage)
• Very good knowledge in the area of Windows Clients & Windows Server
• Good knowledge in the Microsoft cloud environment (Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Exchange, Teams, Entra ID)
• Good knowledge in the Veeam environment
• Good knowledge in the Fortinet environment communicative, customer-oriented and independent way of working
• Fluent German and English skills
