The specialist unit «Corporate Responsibility & Nachhaltigkeit» is responsible for the topics of corporate responsibility and sustainability within the Raiffeisen Gruppe and acts as a competence center within the Raiffeisen Gruppe and externally.

To strengthen our team located at Zürich-Flughafen (The Circle), with the possibility of working partly from home, we are looking for a motivated personality with conceptual and strong analytical thinking, starting immediately or by arrangement.

What awaits you? ##

• Responsibility for the further development, implementation and monitoring of the climate strategy as well as the group-wide transition plan
• Technical responsibility for climate data management, including collection, quality assurance, analysis and control of relevant climate metrics and reduction paths
• Responsibility for climate-related reporting, disclosures and the further development of corresponding processes
• Analysis of regulatory developments and ensuring the implementation of relevant climate and sustainability-related requirements
• Representation in internal and external specialist committees and working groups on the topic of climate and environment as well as assumption of further functions of general sustainability management

What do you bring with you? ##

• Completed university degree (university or university of applied sciences) in environmental, climate, natural or economic sciences or comparable training
• Proven professional experience in the areas of climate management, sustainability, Sustainable Finance or related subject areas
• Sound knowledge in the areas of climate strategy, transition planning, greenhouse gas accounting and climate-related regulatory requirements
• High affinity for data management, data analysis and metrics as well as the ability to prepare complex issues in a target-group-oriented manner
• Team-oriented and committed personality with convincing communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders
