Your mission
You manage voting and/or awareness campaigns in French-speaking Switzerland on important federal matters for the economic hub. You also ensure the promotion of our positions regarding energy, environment, infrastructure and digitalization to our stakeholders.

Federal voting and awareness campaigns

• You develop strategies adapted to the French-speaking context, with political sense, rigor and creativity. * You lead the campaign team of the Geneva office, plan communication activities and measures and ensure their proper execution (arguments, posters, announcements, door-to-door, social media, events, media relations, etc). * You ensure the mobilization of our members and French-speaking political allies. * You collaborate closely with the campaign team of our headquarters.

• You are the reference person, in French-speaking Switzerland, for our << Energie, environnement, infrastructures et numérisation >> department based in Zurich. You master the main subjects - generalist level - by relying on our specialists and our internal commissions. * You proactively present our positions to French-speaking federal parliamentarians, in close coordination with our headquarters and our Berne office. * You regularly write articles and opinions, perform public presentations, propose content for social media, support the French-speaking management in terms of media relations, control French translations and represent economiesuisse at events. * You identify the expectations of our French-speaking members and inform them regularly on the subjects within your competence.

Your profile

• University degree, ideally in economics or political science. * Professional experience in conducting political campaigns and communication, or similar. * Proven strategic and political sense, creativity, excellent organizational and writing skills, ease in public. * Ability to popularize complex subjects and marked interest in economic policy. * Leadership, dynamism, flexibility, team spirit, high resistance to stress. * Familiarity with political mechanisms and networks in French-speaking Switzerland: an asset. * Excellent understanding of German indispensable (level B2).
