Your tasks

• Responsibility for the administrative process from sickness and accident reports to correct daily allowance calculation
• Participation in the monthly daily allowance processing
• Maintaining contact with HR persons, insured persons and developers to continuously improve services
• Concepting and implementing processes in the area of sickness and accident reports
• First point of contact for HR persons regarding questions on insurance management and conducting initial clarifications if required

Your profile

• Further education in the social insurance sector
• Professional experience with the application UKA desired
• Further education in the area of process management or proven experience in this area
• Quick comprehension and an exact way of working
• Networking, structuring and independent organizing are among your strengths
