Technical ERP Consultant (Project and Support) in the area of Integration/Interfaces/Data Exchange

Challenge / Your tasks

• You advise in the area of interfaces of our ERP industry solution OPALE
• You analyze new interface requirements and develop solutions
• You independently carry out exciting interface projects in the Swiss clinical environment
• You set up new interfaces at our customers
• You work closely with our development department for further developments
• You test and validate new interfaces and integrations
• You support and look after our customers via remote maintenance or on-site
• You assist in the creation of documentation as well as translation work French – German
• You support our sales at events and pre-sales activities

Your competence / Requirements

You have good knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Sound IT knowledge & affinity as well as technical flair
• Basic knowledge in handling Microsoft server operating systems, networks, remote- desktops, filesystems as well as various useful IT tools, etc.
• Standardized formats such as HL7, FHIR, ALIS, XML, JSON, CSV are known to you
• Basic knowledge in various script languages such as BATCH, PowerShell
• Knowledge in the area of WebService (SOAP) and WebAPI (REST)
• Knowledge of processes in the clinical environment is an advantage

• Higher vocational education (Computer scientist, medical informatician, hospital specialist or similar) analytical thinking skills
