What you can contribute

• Provide full substitution and support to the communication management
• Take charge of the design, development, implementation, and operational management of digital communication (internal and external)
• Take charge of the design, coordination, and operational implementation of communication with the stakeholders of the Federal Office for National Economic Supply (OFAE) and National Economic Supply (AEP)
• Lead and coordinate projects, advise superiors, collaborate with external partners, and participate in internal and external working groups
• Collaborate in crisis management and participate in the crisis cell meetings of the OFAE and the AEP, coordinate information flows within the framework of crisis communication between all parties involved
• Supervise the production of publications and participate in processing media requests as well as in the organization of events

What makes you unique

• Master's degree in communication sciences; additional training in communication or crisis management is an asset
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in a field related to national economic supply
• Excellent mastery of digital communication channels and tools, very good knowledge of digital and IT tools (CMS, ESP, Microsoft 365, Adobe)
• Ability to quickly develop messages adapted to different target audiences in both substance and form
• Flexibility, autonomy, stress resistance, acute sense of service, and strong solution orientation
• Very good knowledge of an official language; good knowledge of a second official language and English

In a few words

As deputy to the head of communication of the office, you are also responsible for digital communication and communication with the stakeholders of the Federal Office for National Economic Supply (OFAE) and National Economic Supply (AEP). You participate in communication (crisis and risks), work within the federal administration, at the interface with the private sector, and contribute directly to the management of crises related to national economic supply.
