Cross-selling and upselling are not foreign to you and you like to sell * You advise our members in a friendly and competent manner by e-mail and by telephone (no evening or weekend work; teleworking is possible) * You are responsible for the administrative management of insurance policies (drafting and sending offers, entry into the computer system, creation of statistics and analyses) * You participate in team meetings and workshops and actively contribute your ideasWhat you bring: * You have an AFA certified training or several years of experience in the insurance field, with the desire to obtain the AFA certification funded by ATE * You speak very good French and German * You are proactive and distinguish yourself by a high sense of service and customer orientation * You have a good knowledge of common office tools and are open to learning new systems and applications * You identify with the objectives of ATE Your future workplace, within a small, well-coordinated team, is located right next to the Berne train station.
