Your contribution

• Due to the size and further development of premium reduction, the area has been divided into two independent teams. For the newly created team, we are looking for a committed leader who takes responsibility and actively shapes development
• You lead a team of around 15 employees, provide orientation, promote individual development, and create the conditions for high performance and service quality
• You actively steer your team based on relevant performance, quality, and output indicators. You recognize the need for action early and initiate suitable measures
• Together with your peer, you ensure coordinated leadership and management of premium reduction and bear responsibility for the common goals
• You develop a sound understanding of the legal foundations and professional contexts of premium reduction and use this for well-founded leadership and management decisions
• You act in a highly digitized environment and, together with your team, ensure high-quality and efficient task fulfillment. In doing so, you continuously develop processes and actively help shape organizational, procedural, and technical improvements
• You bear budget and resource responsibility for your area of responsibility and use resources responsibly and foresightfully

Your talents

• You have several years of experience in a leading position and have a degree at the higher vocational school level or a comparable qualification
• You take responsibility, approach topics proactively, and ensure their binding implementation. Even with new or complex issues, you quickly find orientation and drive solutions forward
• You actively shape changes, provide orientation, and succeed in winning employees over and bringing them along for further developments
• You work in a solution-oriented manner, are strong in decision-making, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment
• You communicate clearly, bindingly, and at eye level - both in the team and towards internal and external stakeholders, for example, also towards cantonal authorities
• You are interested in political, legal, and social contexts and are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics
• Experience in the public sector, in an administration, social insurance, or a comparable organization is an advantage
