The Wüest Partner group employs approximately 500 employees across 15 sites in Europe, with its headquarters in Switzerland. The group includes the subsidiaries Durable, Datahouse, Qualicasa, and Signa-Terre.

Job Description

Your mission

Wüest Dimensions is our high-performance SaaS platform for data-driven decisions and management in the real estate sector. We are continuously developing the existing platform while designing its next generation.

As Product Experience Lead, you are in charge of evolving our experience practice throughout the process. You work closely with our UI designer and help translate complex real estate processes into intuitive, consistent, and reliable product experiences. You collaborate closely with product managers, product owners, software architects, engineers, account managers, and clients - from problem identification and analysis as well as user research, to prototype development, up to implementation and continuous improvement.

Your tasks

  • You conduct client interviews, usability tests, and product discovery processes to early-validate product concepts and hypotheses with clients and users.
  • You develop global user journeys, workflows, information architectures, prototypes, and high-quality user interfaces while improving key UX pain points of the existing Wüest Dimensions platform.
  • You contribute to the user experience design of new features, including AI-native workflows, automation, and the integration of human control and decision-making.
  • You create a scalable design system as well as consistent UX standards and product design practices across the platform and different teams.
  • You work closely with the product and engineering teams throughout the discovery and implementation phases.
  • You define and measure UX success indicators and use research, analytics, as well as client feedback to drive targeted continuous improvements.
  • You strengthen user-centered design practices and develop product design maturity within the entire organization.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent training in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, product design, digital design, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in user experience, UX/UI design, or a similar function, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, enterprise software, complex digital platforms, or AI-native systems
  • A significant portfolio showing end-to-end product design throughout the development process, combined with solid experience in mixed-methods research (e.g., interviews, contextual inquiries), interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, visual design, as well as the development of design systems and reusable UX patterns
  • Experience in establishing and evolving product design practices, including research operations, reusable methods, and UX metrics, as well as excellent mastery of modern prototyping and collaboration tools such as Claude Design, Figma, and the Confluence/Jira suite
  • Ability to simplify complex professional workflows without compromising precision, transparency, or business functionality, ideally with experience in real estate, financial services, analytics, or other data-intensive sectors
  • Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering stakeholders in interdisciplinary teams, as well as strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience and motivation to work with AI-assisted products, automation, transparency, and human-AI collaboration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as fluency in German and English
