Team Leader High Voltage / Energy Storage

You will take over the technical and personnel leadership of a team in the field of high voltage and energy storage and process demanding industrial projects of energy infrastructure.

Tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and electrical planners
• Processing of projects regarding substations and transformer stations, storage power plants, and energy storage systems
• Development of technical solutions for customers in the field of primary technology
• Responsibility for planning, project design, and implementation of projects
• Ensuring deadlines, quality, and economic efficiency
• Maintaining contact with customers and project partners
• Participation in the acquisition of new projects

Profile

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy technology, or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the field of high voltage and/or energy storage
• Verifiable references from successfully processed projects
• Interest in economic contexts alongside technical issues
• Enjoyment of collaboration and taking on responsibility
• Very good oral and written German skills
