Course Instructor for SVEB 1 courses

At sveb-ausbildung.ch, we train specialists to become instructors. Our course leads to the SVEB certificate Instructor, conducting learning events. It combines full-day live instruction via Zoom with on-site presence days. Currently, we teach in Wallisellen. From 2027, additional regions in German-speaking Switzerland will be added, and for this, we are looking for reinforcement.

Your tasks
You lead classes of 6 to 24 adults through the entire course. On online days, you teach live via Zoom all day; on presence days, you teach on-site in the region. You plan the course days according to our course concept, use varied methods, and support the participants with their practical assignments. You provide well-founded feedback and assess the proofs of competence and the practical demonstration according to our assessment grids, documented in a traceable and archive-ready manner. You assist in the further development of the documents and our learning platform.

Your profile
You meet the lecturer profile for AdA modules. For this, you need a complete qualification in adult education, for example a diploma Adult Educator HF or a federal diploma Training Manager, or a general didactic training with an additional qualification in adult education. You bring at least five years and 500 hours of teaching experience with adults and are currently still active in adult education. Full-day online instruction is part of your everyday routine, and you use Zoom with breakout rooms, whiteboards, and digital assignments confidently. You present yourself clearly and appreciatively and lead even heterogeneous groups calmly. You are available on Fridays and Saturdays and ready to travel to the regions for the presence days. You speak German with stylistic confidence. French or Italian is an advantage.

What we offer
You teach on fixed planned course days, which are known well in advance. For each course day, a proven course concept and ready-made documents are available, and we take over the administration and organization of the course rooms. The cooperation can take place as employment on an hourly basis or as a mandate. You have the opportunity to help shape the offering in the new regions from the very beginning.

By arrangement, first assignments from January 2027.
