Present in French-speaking Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company at the service of companies and the private economy, offering notably services in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension schemes, legal and economic advice, as well as training.
As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company in the field of human resources management and pension funds.
To strengthen our team at the AVS Fund of the Fédération Patronale vaudoise (FPV) in Paudex (VD), we are looking for an AVS Manager (AI Benefits and Splitting).
You will join a team of 8 people for the management of disability (AI) benefits paid to insured persons.
Missions
Complete management of AI pension files, AI daily allowances, and splitting files
Calculation and verification of AI benefit amounts, with the establishment of the corresponding decisions
Processing of interstate procedures with European Union countries
Drafting of various correspondence related to the files processed
Informing and supporting insured persons regarding their rights and benefits
Your profile
Have a CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent
Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in file management, ideally in an AVS fund
Have a perfect mastery of French, written and oral
Mastery of the German language is a plus
Have ease with numbers and proficiency with IT tools
Be client-oriented, proactive, organized and endowed with a very good team spirit
Demonstrate great rigor in file follow-up, autonomy and a keen sense of responsibility
