In this role, you are part of the HR business unit in the HR Technology & Analytics team at Zurich Schweiz. With your expertise at the interface of HR and technology, you will actively help shape the further development of our HR system landscape and ensure that central HR processes function reliably and efficiently. In doing so, you will work closely with various stakeholders, contribute your ideas to projects and optimizations, and develop sustainable solutions for agency sales as well as our employees. At the same time, the role offers you the opportunity to get to know modern HR technologies, gain experience in the environment of SuccessFactors Employee Central, and specifically expand your professional expertise. What awaits you * Together with the relevant interfaces, you ensure the stable operation of the SAP HCM modules in two SAP systems and reliably keep an eye on the connections to peripheral systems * You actively participate in projects, develop viable solutions for HR and payroll, and resolve malfunctions independently * You accompany changes holistically throughout the entire life cycle, from design and customizing to implementation and successful deployment. * You bring different requirements together, coordinate program changes in a partnership with the development department, and contribute proactively to the planning of upgrades and support packages * You have the opportunity to contribute in the environment of SuccessFactors Employee Central and specifically develop your know-how in the cloud HR environment What distinguishes you * Several years of experience in the administration and support of SAP HCM, ideally with a focus on PY, PA and OM * Sound knowledge of standard HCM processes as well as the associated customizing, especially in the context of Swiss payroll * Familiarity with schemes, cycles and calculation rules; ABAP, SQL or reporting knowledge is an advantage * Interest in modern HR technologies; experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus * Very good German skills as well as good English skills Good to know Part-time or full-time: 60 - 80% Place of work: [Oerlikon, Zürich](< >) Start of position: from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement Travel activity: No travel activity Hybrid working: up to 40% Everything regarding your application You can apply directly to us online in a first step - for this you only need your CV.
