Bern (and home office) | 80-100% (job sharing possible) | This is the contribution you can make * Ensure coordination, planning, implementation, and monitoring of militia deployments in cooperation with the teams of the Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) and the militia organization * Further develop the cyber training of the Swiss Army (cyber course, refresher courses) * Develop deployment concepts for the cyber militia for the benefit of the Swiss Army (analyze capabilities, define structures, and ensure provisioning) * Check training quality and identify appropriate measures * Initialize and establish international cooperation * Ensure cooperation and communication between professional and militia organizations and act as a link between the involved bodies * What makes you unique * University degree in the field of computer science/information security or engineering * Sound experience in a security organization (SOC, CSIRT, CERT) * Assertive personality who carries and motivates others * Knowledge of military staff processes/organizations * Ideally has experience as a staff officer in the Swiss Army * Good active knowledge of a second official language as well as good English skills * In a nutshell: As a committed specialist, you will actively shape the future of the cyber militia of the Swiss Army.
