Work location: St. Gallen (flexible working model with home office) Workload: 100% Tasks: IT Core Services operates Workplace, Identity, Network, Datacenter and Cloud infrastructure for all locations of an international group in the field of medical compression therapy (over 1600 employees). Global role with responsibility for direction and team. - Leading the IT Core Services team with the areas Workplace & Identity as well as Datacenter & Network incl. team leads - Development of the global strategy and roadmap for infrastructure, workplace and cloud (cloud-first) - Responsibility for Microsoft 365 and Workplace (M365, Intune/MEM, Teams, telephony, printing, mobile devices) - Responsibility for Identity & Access Management (Entra ID, Active Directory, Conditional Access, MFA, PKI) - Responsibility for Datacenter and Cloud (Azure and On-Premises, backup and disaster recovery) - Responsibility for the global network (LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewalls, VPN, NAC) - Close cooperation with the CISO on security operations, risk management and compliance - Budget responsibility incl. financial planning, license management and cost optimization - Management of important suppliers and partners as well as service owner role for core services Profile: - Several years of leadership experience of infrastructure or workplace teams in an international company - Experience in a global role with teams in several countries - Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Modern Workplace and Microsoft licensing - Solid understanding of networks, identity management and IT security - Thinking strategically, but also at home in technical details - Experience with budgets, vendor management and cost optimization - Fluent German and English, French an advantage Offered is a versatile task in an international, stable family company, much room for personal and professional development, a competitive salary with benefits and very good insurance coverage as well as a flexible working model with home office.
