We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 110’600 to CHF 125’600 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with different competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may be slightly below or above the range.

What you can achieve.

• You are responsible for the design, analysis, implementation, and continuous improvement of your end-to-end processes and control their performance via clear goals and key figures.
• You design target processes along the customer and employee journey and in accordance with the strategy of the Schweizerische Post.
• Using data-based analysis and monitoring methods, you create transparency regarding actual processes, identify optimization potential, recognize causes, and derive measures.
• You transform insights into comprehensible decision-making bases and business cases and make the impact of implemented measures transparent using key figures.
• With the goal of increasing efficiency, quality, as well as customer and user benefit, you optimize business processes with a focus on digitalization and automation. You design and realize RPA and AI solutions independently or together with technical experts.
• You collect and document requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure successful introduction and sustainable anchoring through functional tests and training.
• You lead assignments or (sub-)projects, conduct active stakeholder management, and further develop standards and best practices in the areas of automation and Process Intelligence.
