Job Description Under the responsibility of the Director IT Industrial Solutions, your main mission will be to lead the strategy, governance, and operational management of the IT/OT solutions supporting Production, Quality, and Supply Chain activities across all Audemars Piguet production sites. At the head of the Manufacturing Solutions domain, you will guarantee the performance, stability, and evolution of the technological solutions within your scope, while ensuring their alignment with the company's strategic directions and business needs. As a key partner to the industrial management teams, you will actively contribute to the digital transformation of the Manufacture by driving an ambitious roadmap and supporting teams in the implementation of innovative, high-performance, and secure solutions. In this context, your main responsibilities will be to: * Define, communicate, and drive the strategic roadmap of the Manufacturing Solutions domain, ensuring its alignment with company and business priorities. * Ensure the governance of IT/OT solutions covering Production, Quality, and Supply Chain processes. * Supervise a portfolio of strategic projects and guarantee compliance with budgets, deadlines, and the quality of deliverables. * Monitor service performance and implement the necessary indicators to guarantee the achievement of defined objectives. * Identify improvement opportunities, risks, and evolution needs to support the continuous transformation of the Manufacture. * Guarantee the alignment of technological solutions with the global information system architecture. * Define, evolve, and promote the processes, standards, and governance best practices of your domain. * Ensure compliance of activities with applicable regulations, internal standards, and audit requirements. * Build, manage, and optimize the budget for your scope while ensuring rigorous monitoring of investments and operational expenses. * Develop and maintain relationships of trust with technological partners and strategic suppliers. * Act as the primary contact for business management for all subjects related to Manufacturing solutions. * Supervise, develop, and unite teams around a common vision, fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence. * Support skill development, talent management, and the implementation of succession plans to guarantee the sustainability of activities. Qualifications * Higher education in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent field. * More than 10 years of experience in managing complex technological solutions within industrial environments. * Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managers. * Solid understanding of Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain processes. * Significant experience in managing digital transformation programs and strategic project portfolios. * Excellent mastery of the challenges related to IT/OT environments and their integration within a global information system. * Strong ability to operate in complex environments and to collaborate with interlocutors of various hierarchical levels. * Recognized leadership, sense of organization, and excellent communication and influence skills. * Experience in budget management, supplier governance, and strategic contract management. * You have perfect mastery of French and a very good level of English.
