Would you like to complement your studies with valuable practical experience and contribute to the data-driven management of our non-life business? As part of our team, you will support monitoring, analysis, and reporting activities and help translate complex information into clear insights. You will work closely with insurance professionals and gain direct insight into how data supports operational and strategic decisions in the Swiss insurance market. The position is designed for 50 % and is limited until the end of November 2027.

• You support regular monitoring as well as data preparation and reporting for the non-life business
• You analyze data, recognize relevant developments, and prepare understandable insights for operational and management discussions
• You create and improve user-friendly Excel reports, dashboards, and presentations
• You support forecasting, planning, and the tracking of strategic and operational initiatives
• You participate in data quality checks and help to document reporting processes, definitions, and results
• You support the creation of decision-making bases and presentations for various stakeholders
• You work together with colleagues from specialized departments, analytics, and IT and take responsibility for clearly defined tasks

What you bring with you

• You are studying at a university or university of applied sciences in the fields of business informatics, data science, economics, statistics, insurance science, or a comparable course of study
• You are interested in data, numbers, and business management issues and enjoy deriving clear conclusions from analyses
• You have good Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts; experience with Power Query or Power BI is an advantage
• You have a strong affinity for IT and are motivated to learn new data, reporting, and collaboration tools
• You work carefully, reliably, and independently and convince through a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with colleagues from different specialist areas
• You have very good German and good English skills; French or Italian skills are an advantage
