Profile

• Higher education at Master's level in the field of energy, thermics or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function, with management of a technical team.
• Solid knowledge of heat production plants and thermal networks.
• Experience in the dimensioning, technical calculations and cost estimation of thermal installations.
• Leadership allowing for the unification and development of a team of specialists.
• Experience in technical project management and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in continuous improvement, digitalization and the development of technical standards and BIM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the technical office team.
• Guarantee the quality and relevance of thermal engineering solutions.
• Supervise studies, calculations, plans and cost estimations of installations.
• Validate and challenge the technical and economic choices of projects.
• Develop technical standards, BIM and business best practices.
• Coordinate the activities of the technical office with project managers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations and quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization and process optimization.
• Manage department resources and the monitoring of external design offices.
• Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
